About Stancor Special Steel
Stancor Special Steel supplies Stanhard abrasion resistant wear plate, Stanmor armor & ballistic plate and Stantuf high tensile steel plate, rolled to Stancor specification under long-term OEM contracts at partner mills in Jiangyin (China) and Ludhiana (India).
Wear Plate That Outlasts the Shift
Bucket lips, dump bodies, crusher liners, chutes and mill liners — Stanhard plate takes the abrasion so the machine keeps earning. Roughly double the liner life of mild steel at 450 HBW, and thinner liners return tare weight as payload.

Crane booms, telescopic sections, trailer chassis and tipper bodies built in Stantuf shed 40-50% of the steel weight at equal capacity — every kilo saved is a kilo of payload for the life of the machine.
Certified Ballistic Protection
6.0 mm stops 7.62x51 M80 NATO ball. 14.5 mm stops 0.30 calibre AP M2. Armoured vehicle hulls, cash-in-transit bodies, guard cabins and control rooms — released on fired test reports, not hardness alone.
