Stanhard abrasion resistant plate is a low-alloyed quenched & tempered martensitic wear plate supplied from 360 to 640 HBW. Through-hardened, so wear life holds as the plate wears down, and formable and weldable without re-hardening afterwards. Used for tipper bodies, excavator buckets, crusher and chute liners, mill liners and shredder plate. Rolled to Stancor specification under OEM contract and released against EN 10204 3.1 certificates.
High hardness armour certified to NIJ, STANAG 4569 and EN 1522.
Stanmor high hardness armour (HHA) is roller quenched and tempered for ballistic protection, nominally 500 and 550 Brinell. Firing-tested against NIJ 0108.01 Level III and IV, STANAG 4569 Level I and II, and EN 1522 FB6 and FB7. Supplied shot blasted and primed, ready to cut and weld with no post-weld heat treatment needed to retain ballistic performance.

Stantuf high tensile plate is quenched and tempered HSLA structural plate from 460 to 900 MPa minimum yield, with Charpy toughness held to 27 J at -20 C. It replaces mild steel at roughly half the section, so the weight saved comes back as payload. Used for trailer chassis, tipping bodies, crane booms, lifting beams, storage vessels and plant structures.
